The LYTE power supply series was developed for cost-sensitive industrial and automation applications that have to perform essential functions without compromising on quality and reliability. The operating temperature range of the convection-cooled power supplies is between -20°C and +70°C, the full nominal power is available from -10°C to +50°C at 230VAC up to 5000m altitude. The overcurrent protection is designed for operation in constant current mode, which makes the LYTE series suitable for inductive and capacitive load applications.

For worldwide use, the AC/DC switching power supplies have a wide-range input with active PFC and international approvals. Electromagnetic interference and conducted emissions correspond to EN 55032 Class B. The conformal coating on the printed circuit board protects the robust DIN-Rail power supply from common dust and chemical pollutants. The branded electrolytic capacitors used have a particularly long lifespan of 10 years and thus ensure long-term availability of the system.
