The fanless and highly efficient Bicker DC/DC converter DC160WS with a particularly wide input voltage range of 6...36V is ideally suitable for use in mobile applications with 12V or 24V vehicle electrical system, as well as for industrial applications with strong voltage fluctuations in 12V or 24V DC supply networks. The compact converter provides three jumper-selectable DC output voltages of 12V, 19V or 24V. Thus, almost all corresponding single-voltage mainboards, fanless Embedded Box PCs, gateways, sensors, actuators, card readers and many more applications can be supplied.
Highly efficient converter with optimal thermal management
The compact DC/DC converter Bicker DC160WS was developed for fanless and long-term operation in the extended temperature range -20...+70°C and is characterized by a highly efficient circuit design with constant high efficiency of up to 98%!
For optimum heat dissipation between the highly efficient power components on the PCB bottomside and the chassis of the application, a suitable thermal pad and 5x spacer bolts are already included in the delivery. In particular, the additional mounting hole in the middle of the PCB ensures a permanently reliable thermal connection to the housing.
