The fully-enclosed PSU design with protection class IP64 prevents the ingress of splash water, oil and dust. In addition, the LCC250's effective base plate cooling system ensures optimum thermal management and a long service life.
The rugged design and a operating temperature range of -40…+85°C allow the LCC250 to operate reliably 24/7 in outdoor and indoor environments under the influence of moisture, dirt, temperature fluctuations, shock and vibration. The LCC250 has a highly efficient power supply topology and an optimal heat management for fanless operation at full power and high temperatures. Cooling takes place via base plate either by contact cooling (direct connection of base plate to the chassis) or by convection cooling in free-standing operation with a special heat sink base plate with cooling ribs.
